I'm really happy to co-submit this motion with Councillor Meisner, together. I think there are a number of benefits for the cities and the communities to implement scramble crossings. It is a worthwhile investment for both pedestrians and cyclists.

You know, we don't always see our project, you know, has everything we have, but I think this Jericho land is one of them. Social housing, below the market rental, childcare space, community centre, elementary school, new job opportunities, 30 acres of new parks and open space on 90 acres of land, that's 33%.

And cycling paths, of course, the naming opportunity for MST, also the potential SkyTrain line. So it has everything we need in this amazing city.

Okay. So to follow up that question, you know, I saw the number 2013 was 4%, 2014 was 5%, but all of a sudden going to 7%, 8%, 9%. So would you see maybe, I don't know, 10% or 7% will be the cap of the people who prefer cycling.
